In accordance with the training plan and program of the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev, cadets are involved in camp sessions held in field conditions.
During the sessions, held in the territory of the military unit, cadets’ intensive training on various issues is conducted.
Cadets gain theoretical and practical skills in classes conducted according to the daily routine, as well as actively participate in physical and drill training activities.
During the performance of shooting exercises conducted at the training range, the skills of using various weapons are improved, as well as the tasks of detecting and destroying targets with fire on the “battlefield” and other tasks are practically accomplished.
Moreover, cadets participating in mountain training as part of the commando training program further improve their combat skills.
