A regular graduation ceremony for students of the Mikhailovsky Military Artillery Academy of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation took place in St. Petersburg.
Three officers of the Azerbaijan Army have graduated from this high military-educational institution this year. Lieutenant Colonel Avnil Avnilov has graduated from the military academy with honors and received a gold medal. Our other officers – Major Shamkhal Salimov and Major Ramil Ibrahimov have graduated from the Academy and received a diploma with honors.
The servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army were given the qualification of “master” by the decision of the State Examination Commission.
