Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister lays a wreath at Victory Monument in Minsk
The delegation of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, led by the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov visited the Victory Square in Minsk on October 9. According to tradition, the head and members of the delegation paid tribute to the memory of the soldiers and laid a wreath and flowers at the Victory Monument.
