The delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Kerim Veliyev, takes part in the VI Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS-2017) which is held in Moscow on April 26-27.
The issues of global and regional security will be discussed at an international conference organized by the Russian Ministry of Defense with the participation of representatives from 78 countries.
During the plenary sessions, an exchange of views will be held on the issues of combating international terrorism, counterterrorism and counter radicalism in the Middle East, security of the information space, antimissile defense problems, security in Central Asia, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, and the role of defence agencies in enhancing security in different regions of the world.
