An official delegation led by the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov visited the memorial to those who died for independence and territorial integrity of Georgia on the Heroes Square in Tbilisi on January 21. According to tradition, the head of the delegation laid a wreath at the monument, and members of the delegation paid tribute and laid flowers at the memorial.
