A training with psychologists was conducted at the Military Management Institute of the National Defense University to enhance the knowledge and skills of psychologists serving in the Azerbaijan Army and to ensure their more effective performance in extreme conditions.
First, the memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, and Shehids, who sacrificed their lives for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, was honored with a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
The psychologist invited from fraternal Türkiye provided the participants with detailed information during the "Schema Therapy" training. Participants is trained to correctly apply this method in psychological issues and treating personality disorders.
During the training, interactive methods were used to explain the benefits of therapy techniques based on modern practices, and practical exercises were performed to reinforce the acquired knowledge.
The participants thoroughly absorbed the topic, and their questions were answered in detail by instructors.
