According to the training plan for 2021, anonymous surveys are conducted to study the issues of interest of the military personnel of the Azerbaijan Army.
During the interviews with the participation of officers of  the Department for Ideological Work and Moral-Psychological Support of the Main Department for Personnel, conversations on various topics are held with  servicemen, their questions related to the military service answered, requests are registered  and relevant steps are taken.
Under the instructions of the Minister of Defense, surveys will be conducted systematically throughout the year in all types of troops, army corps, formations , and independent military units to increase work efficiency.
