The championship was held among the servicemen of the Azerbaijani Army’s types of troops (forces), the Main Departments and Departments of the Ministry of Defense, as well as special military educational institutions. 
First the memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and Shehids, who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland, was honored with a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
Speakers congratulated the winning teams and emphasized the importance of such competitions in maintaining a high level of physical training, strengthening combat spirit, and fostering team unity among servicemen.
Among the 11 teams representing various structural units of the Ministry of Defence, the teams from the Heydar Aliyev Military Institute, the Air Force, and Naval Forces took first three places accordingly.
At the end, the winning teams were presented with cups and medals.
