Starting from the morning of March 12, the units of the armed forces of Armenia grossly violated the ceasefire shelling the positions of the Combined Arms Army in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The positions of the Combined Arms Army were shelled from large-caliber machine guns and sniper rifles mainly from enemy positions located in the foothills of the Tezhgar and Bagarsyg in Ararat region.
The military personnel of the Combined Arms Army is taking firm steps. The consequences of a ceasefire violation are under investigation.
At present, our troops fully control the operational situation.
