According to the relevant instruction approved by the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, the Department of Psychological Training and Public Relations of the Main Department for Personnel carries out activities to support psychological work and enlightenment in military units stationed in the frontline zone.
Psychologists and officers working with the military personnel of military units hold meetings in connection with the adaptation of young soldiers to the service, study their individual psychological characteristics, give appropriate recommendations and conduct enlightenment work on the application of new methods.
During the events, practical classes are held on the assessment of the psychological state of military personnel and study of social-psychological processes among the servicemen, and also talks are held with young soldiers on the subject of psychological enlightenment.
