Jamshid Nakhchivanski Military Lyceum under the National Defense University hosted the 28th graduation ceremony of Strategic Studies and State Defense Administration Academic Course. 
Initially, the Heydar Aliyev Museum located on the grounds of the military lyceum was visited, where floral arrangements were laid in front of the bust of the National Leader in demonstration of profound respect and reverence for his memory. 
The event commemorated bright memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
At the ceremony, the Rector of the National Defense University, Major General Gunduz Abdulov delivered a speech, congratulated the graduates, and wished them success in their future service. 
Emphasizing the significance of the course, the Rector highlighted that it would contribute to strengthening national defense security, deepening strategic planning, and expanding cooperation among state institutions. 
Subsequently, certificates were presented to the course graduates. 
As part of the artistic segment of the event, Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Pakistani national music was performed.
