According to instruction of President of Azerbaijan Republic, Commander in Chief of Armed Forces mister Ilham Aliyev, a newly built and equipped with modern facilities military unit for battalion is given in use.
After participation in opening ceremony, the command staff of Ministry of Defence got acquainted with the headquarters, canteens, bath and laundry complex, check-point, barracks, including administrative, service, ideological rooms, as well as restroom and weapon storage rooms, and storage and food warehouses.
Military unit provided with permanent automatic generator, water, gas and electricity supplies and other lines of communication.
According to instruction of Commander in Chief of Armed Forces, the Minister of Defence Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov met with civilian personnel working here and living in villages adjacent to military unit, and familiarized with their work environment.
Then Minister of Defence brought to military unit personnel's attention the information about work done with aim of strengthening of battle and moral-psychological readiness, improvement of social and life condition of servicemen, strengthening of material and technical base as a result of Commander in Chief's high attention paid to the military development.
Minister of defence gave his instructions regarding to building new military units along the frontline.
