A Military Oath taking ceremonies were held in Nakhchivan garrison troops. Young soldiers took a Military Oath of allegiance to their Homeland at ceremonies held in the Combined Arms Army, Nakhchivan Independent Border Division, Nakhchivan Independent Operational Brigade of the Internal Troops, and Civil Defense Regiment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
During the ceremony, held in the Combined Arms Army, the blessed memory of the Shehids (Martyrs) of the Patriotic War was honored and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
The young soldiers took an oath to protect the interests, territorial integrity, and independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the cost of their lives.
Speakers at the event congratulated the young soldiers. Soldiers promised to fulfill combat tasks with high responsibility.
The congratulations of the Chief of the Nakhchivan garrison, Colonel General Kerem Mustafayev were conveyed to the military personnel. It was noted that as a result of the successful continuation of the Army development policy built on a military-scientific basis that was formed by national leader Heydar Aliyev, our Victorious Army receiving strength from the unity of state-people-army liberated our territories from the enemy's occupation and wrote a new page in the history. We believe that our young soldiers, who have taken the Military Oath today, will stand bravely in the defense of our lands as our servicemen who were distinguished for their bravery in the Patriotic War.
