A military-oath taking ceremony for young soldiers was held in Combined Arms Army - VIDEO

The military-oath taking ceremonies were held in Nakhchivan garrison troops. Young soldiers took a military oath of allegiance to their Homeland at ceremonies held in the Combined Arms Army, Nakhchivan Independent Border Division, Nakhchivan Independent Operational Brigade of the Internal Troops, and Civil Defense Regiment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
During the ceremony, held in the Combined Arms Army, the blessed memory of the Shehids (Martyrs) was honored and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.
The young soldiers took an oath to protect the interests, territorial integrity, and independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the cost of their lives.
Speaking about the essence of the military oath at the event, Colonel Mubariz Rzayev wished the military personnel success in their service.
Emil Rahimov, one of the young soldiers, promised to protect military secrets, acquire skills in using weapons and combat equipment, and always keep them in good condition, clean and ready for battle complying with the requirements of the military oath and statutes strictly following the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Colonel Mehman Gulmammadov conveying the congratulations of the Chief of the Nakhchivan garrison, Colonel General Kerem Mustafayev to the military personnel noted that every soldier must consciously realize his duty and perform his duties conscientiously in order to successfully perform combat missions in the military unit they serve. Today our youth, solemnly taking the oath of allegiance to the Motherland and joining the army as servicemen of active military service, should know that a soldier who is loyal in military service honorably fulfills his duty to the last drop of blood, fights with unshakable confidence to defeating the enemy and further enhances abilities and proficiency.
A military-oath taking ceremony ended with a solemn march of military personnel.
