The closing ceremony of the kettlebell lifting championship was held at the Training and Educational Center of the Azerbaijan Army. The championship was conducted in accordance with the training plan for 2023 approved by the Minister of Defense.   
First, the memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, Shehids (Martyrs), who sacrificed their lives for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, as well as victims who lost their lives as a result of the earthquake in fraternal Türkiye, was honored with observing a minute of silence.
According to the final results of the competition held with participation of 8 teams consisting of 44 servicemen, the Air Force team took the first place, the Land Forces team took the second place, and the Military Police team took the third place.
In the end, the winners were presented with honorary certificates, diplomas and cups.
