According to the order of the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, a group of officers was awarded the military rank of "colonel".
Minister of Defence, received servicemen and wished them success in their service in the future, gave recommendations and instructions.
Defense Minister spoke about the large-scale structural works done in the Armed Forces as a result of the care and attention of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the periodic activities undertaken at the level of the state leadership in the sphere of military posture.
Colonel General Z.Hasanov stressed that conscientious fulfillment of duties by each serviceman and the ability to deal worthily with all the tasks in order to justify the trust of the people and the state must become the answer to the high attention paid by the state to the army.
