Psychological support for young soldiers is being carried out in military units
The activities to conduct psychological work in the field of adaptation of young soldiers to military service and their moral-psychological training are being continued in military units.
The working group of the Department for Ideological Work and Moral-Psychological Support of the Main Department for Personnel conducts training sessions with officials of military units in the field of studying the individual psychological characteristics of military personnel and makes recommendations on organizing activities for conducting psychological work.
At the same time, psychological conversations are held with the servicemen, both in group and on an individual basis, and events are organized to support young soldiers undergoing adaptation to military service.
