Azerbaijani soldier killed during Armenian provocation on the state border
Despite the agreement reached during the recent trilateral meeting on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Armenian military units resorted to another provocation by violating the ceasefire on the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border.
Azerbaijani soldier Vusal Aliyev was killed by an Armenian sniper on July 5 at 12:30 PM.
Azerbaijan's Defence Ministry stated that the criminal military and political regime in Armenia bears full responsibility for the consequences of the provocation.
Defence Ministry's leadership expressed sincere condolences to the relatives of the martyr and wished them patience.
