Azerbaijan Higher Military School named after Heydar Aliyev awarded with state awards of Vietnam
For fruitful cooperation in the field of military education and achievements in training military personnel for the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, honorary diplomas of the Chairman of the Parliament of Vietnam and medals of the Ministry of Defense of this country were presented to the leadership of the Azerbaijan Higher Military School (AHMS) named after Heydar Aliyev.
Rear-Admiral Pham Hoai Nam, who is currently commander of the Naval Forces of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as well as a number of Navy officers graduated from the AHMS.
