"The Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center, established in accordance with the relevant paragraph of the joint statement of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Russian Federation, and the prime minister of Armenia, is starting to operate today.
Turkish personnel of the Joint Monitoring Center arrived in Azerbaijan.
It should also be pointed out that the Russian personnel of the Joint Monitoring Center, are already in our country", Colonel V.Dargahli said.
