On April 23, at about 15:10, the Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of Giziljig settlement of the Garakilsa region using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of Minkand settlement of the Lachin region.

On April 22, at about 20:00, movement in the column of 2 Armenian KamAZ trucks, 1 auto crane KamAZ, 1 UAZ-3151 and 1 UAZ-Patriot vehicles with a residential container on each was recorded by the Azerbaijan Army's surveillance cameras in the territory of Lachin region.

The territory, where on April 22, at about 17:00, Azerbaijan Army's military truck transporting supplies to Azerbaijani positions stationed on the high grounds around the Allahgulular village was blown up by a mine buried by the Armenians, was inspected.

In order to aggravate the situation in the territory of Azerbaijan, where the peacekeeping forces of the Russian Federation are temporarily deployed, Armenia committed another provocation on a dirt road in the direction of the Allahgulular village of the Shusha region.

As part of the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) between the Azerbaijan Defense Ministry and NATO for 2023, an advisory meeting of self-evaluation training was held with the participation of the Azerbaijan Air Force servicemen and representatives of the Mobile Training Team of Allied Air Command (AIRCOM) at Ramstein.

Attestation for admission to the training courses for warrant officers and non-commissioned officers was held at the Training and Educational Center of the Combined Arms Army.

After the Azerbaijan Army Units took control of the dirt roads north of the Lachin road, it's attempted to transport from Armenia manpower, ammunition, mines, as well as other military equipment for illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan and to set new passage routes for this purpose.

In accordance with the plan approved by the Azerbaijan Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov a series of events were held with regard to the Ramadan holiday in types of troops, the Combined Arms Army, Army Corps, formations and special educational institutions of the Azerbaijan Army.

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov visited the Sagadat Nurmagambetov Military Institute of the Land Forces in Almaty.

According to the plan approved by the Azerbaijan Defense Minister, the officers of the Department for Ideological Work and Moral-Psychological Support of the Main Department for Personnel checked the theoretical knowledge, practical activities and physical training of the officers in the military units in the specialties of "Organization of Educational Work and Psychologist", and gave the appropriate tasks.
